Description

Ride your bike to South Beach or downtown Edgartown, or walk or bike to pick up homemade muffins and pies at nearby Morning Glory Farm. Also close to Vineyard Golf Club. The home features a lovely open floor plan. The first floor with hard wood flooring includes a large kitchen featuring granite counters and new large washer/dyer combo, dining seating for up to 9 people, two living areas, and a charming puzzle table area. Also on the first level is the master bedroom with private entrance and bath as well as another half bath off the main living area. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs also has another full bath and an additional sleeping area in the loft. The loft is a great area for the kids to hang out and watch TV or play games! Outside features a deck, front porch, grassy yard with gas grill, double hammock and outdoor ping pong table. The kitchen and all baths have been recently renovated and the entire house has been painted within the past two years. Decorated with attractive island colors and decor. The perfect retreat for a Vineyard vacation.
Five Minisplits have been installed to keep you cool on those muggy island nights. One in each bedroom, one in loft, one in living/dining area downstairs.

We have been renting on the Vineyard for 15+ years, and found this home to be perfectly located in Edgartown. Spending our last 2 summers, and looking forward many more. We were within walking distance to Morning Glory and bike paths. This home is open and airy, clean, has a great deck off kitchen, with a secluded backyard for relaxing outside. All the bedrooms are roomy, kitchen well equipped, and there is an exceptional outside shower! Looking forward to many more years in Lucy's vineyard home.
