Description
Chilmark beach home with amazing water views of the ocean on one side and Menemsha Pond on the other. The home has beautiful original beams and wonderful sunset ocean views from the dining room & covered porch. The Main house has a living room and nice size kitchen on the 1st floor. There is a front deck that overlooks the pond. The 2nd floor has a loft area with one twin and curtains for privacy. The king bedroom is accessed over a few stairs and has nice waterviews,
The Guest House has a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has a bedroom with beautiful views and two decks.
Walk down the road to stairs that take you to a semi-private ocean beach or you can also walk across the road to the pond with private access to go kayaking!
Grill is electric.
