Description
Beautiful luxury waterfront home on Hines Point! Enjoy amazing sunsets from the deck and patio areas. This home offers waterviews from all rooms! The main floor has a large chefs kitchen with high end appliances and a wonderful island big enough to cook and prep all your meals. There is a large living room with expansive views of the lagoon to catch the sunset. There is another separate living space on the main level with a TV. The master bedroom with en-suite bath is also on the main level. The bedroom views look out over the lagoon.
The lower level has a large media room with plenty of space to enjoy a movie after a long day at the beach. There are two additional bedrooms and full bathroom in the lower level. You can also walk out to a beautiful stone patio with outdoor furniture, grill and access to the enclosed outdoor shower. You can enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding from the backyard too.
Owner rents for longer periods than one week. 2-3 weeks preferred.
