Description
A beautifully decorated, open and bright Cape style home situated within a 5 minute stroll to Sengekontacket Pond water access (perfect for kayaking and canoeing, or sitting on the bench to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the wildlife). A few more minutes and you’ll reach the Caroline Tuthill Wildlife Preserve with plenty of walking trails and water access perfect for young children to swim or go clamming. State Beach is just on the other side of the Pond and the paved bike path to Edgartown (2.5 miles) , Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven is just at the end of the street. This air conditioned home offers an open floor plan so the whole family can be together in the living, dining and kitchen areas; and there’s a TV room just off the main living area that can be closed off with stylish barn doors or left open for you to watch the little ones. There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and TV, as well as a kids bedroom on the second floor with three beds. And, a separate first floor “master” with a queen bed and TV, perfect for grandparents or teenagers looking for their own space. Of course, take advantage of outdoor living with the outdoor shower, gas grill and a wonderful deck to enjoy gathering, eating and star gazing at night with family and friends.
