Description
Nicely located three bedroom home in Katama. The main floor has a large TV area that goes out to the patio and large yard. There is a separate dining room and sitting room off the kitchen. The main level also one bedroom and bathroom ( only bathroom on the main level). The 2nd floor has two large bedrooms and a shared bathroom. This home is right off the bike path which is nice to be able to get into town or down to South Beach.
Pets considered, please inquire.
