Description
Beautiful four bedroom home located in Katama. This home is very spacious with a large open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island for cooking those wonderful dinners for the family. The dining area opens to a large family room that looks out to the pool and deck area. The master en suite is just off the living room. There is a half bath, laundry room and a bathroom with a shower (easy access for 4th bedroom) on the main floor.
The second floor has two spacious bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. Off the kitchen is the 4th bedroom accessed by a separate staircase. There is a queen bed, sleeper sofa and TV. All bedrooms have mini-splits a/c units as does the living room and kitchen.
There is a large deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. The deck leads to the bluestone patio and heated pool. The pool is a 16 x 32 gunite pool that is 7' feet deep at the deep end and is 3'6" at the shallow end.
Pool heated to 81 degrees in July and August. Otherwise, it's an additional $300/week in June and September and $400/week in May and October.
