Description
Easy, warm, comfortable home near the East Chop Lighthouse. A circular drive leads you to the front entrance. Upon entering the foyer, off to the right, is a large and inviting living room. This is a great gathering space with warm wood paneling, cathedral beamed ceilings, a brick wall with a huge fireplace in the center that is perfect for ambiance or to warm the room on a chilly evening. Surrounding this Great Room are windows and sliding doors that lead out to the wrap-around deck where you can watch boats, enjoy the pretty view of the water, all framed by beautiful green junipers. A table and chairs and comfy couches make it a perfect place to have a meal or just lounge in the sun. Right below is the large yard, perfect for children and adults to enjoy.
Back inside the house, opposite the living room, is a dining room with a table that seats 6-8 guests. If more room is needed there is a counter and stools that shares a counter with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with two sinks, double oven, stove top with 4 burners, a dishwasher and a full refrigerator with an icemaker. On the other side of the house is a hallway that leads to 4 bedrooms. There is a king bedroom, two bedrooms with full beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Centrally located is a large bathroom, with double sinks so families can easily share, and a shower. The 4th bedroom is the master bedroom with a private terrace and an ensuite bath. The lower level of the house has a laundry room, family room that leads out to the outdoor shower, as well as a garage. This is a special home that has easy access to a beach, harbor, and town.
