Description
Come and enjoy your Vineyard vacation in this nice three bedroom Cape not too far from town. There is a great front porch to sit and have your morning coffee. The house as an open concept on the first floor with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining area. There is a a three season room off the dining area which is a great spot to sit and relax after dinner. The first floor has a bedroom with a private bath and there is also a half bath on this floor. The second floor has 2 additional large bedrooms, one with a queen and twin bed and the other with four twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. This home also has a pool table in the unfinished basement which is fun for kids.
TENANT supplies sheets and towels.
Mini split air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
