Description
Custom three bedroom home with beach access rights on the Lagoon perfect for kayaking. When you enter this three level light filled home you will enjoy the hardwood floors throughout as well as the contemporary décor. The first floor features a spacious kitchen with island that flows to the main dining area. The living room is filled with lots of light and has access to the front deck. There is one first floor master suite with king bed and private bath with separate tub and shower. The master has access to the back deck. The lower level of the home has an additional king bedroom with additional twin bed and en-suite bathroom. The upper story features one more bedroom and bathroom. There is also a sleeping nook for overflow guests with a twin bed and double sleep sofa( Note there is no door).
Meander down to the lagoon where you can launch a kayak or let the kids play. Ample outdoor seating areas and places to relax and read.
