Description
Charming waterfront cottage on the Vineyard Sound! Enjoy the ever changing views from almost every room. Out front of the home is a private rocky beach, we recommend wearing shoes to swim. Sit on the deck and watch the ferries and sailboats pass by. Toss in a line and catch dinner right from the home. Ideally located on East Chop a short distance to Oak Bluffs harbor and town.
Inside is tastefully decorated with coastal colors. The first floor consists of an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows to a breakfast nook and living room with beach stone fireplace.
The front of the home has a wonderful sunroom you will never want to leave. Enjoy reading a book while listening to the waves out front or dining with a view.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One generous size king bedroom with private bath and a second queen bedroom both have views of the water. There is a shared full tiled bathroom with shower on this level as well.
Two separate staircase lead you to the two additional bedroom. One is off the kitchen and a little steep and the second bedroom is off the living room. There are three mini split AC units to cool you off on hot days. One in the king master bedroom, one in the living room and one in the sun room.
Two sets of stairs and both are steep. Not suitable for young kids.
Cleaning fee is charged per week.
