Description
Come enjoy the island at this adorable renovated cottage within walking distance to town. The home is approximately half mile walk to the harbor and town beaches. The home is tastefully decorated from top to bottom. The first floor features and open kitchen with stainless steel appliances that flows into the dining area. Down the hall is the cozy living room with flat screen TV. The first floor is completed with the hall full bathroom with laundry.
Upstairs are two bedrooms both with queen beds and mini split AC units to keep you cool on those muggy summer nights.
Outside there is a patio with gas grill and table and chairs perfect for entertaining after a long day at the beach. Do not forget to rinse off that sand from the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower.
Mini split AC units in the bedrooms and one on the first floor.
