Located in the heart of Katama with nearly 2 acres of land is this fantastic home with all the amenities you will need on your summer vacation!
The home is set near the bike path and is about
2 miles from downtown Edgartown and 1.5 miles from South Beach. The home is designed to entertain a family gathering. Enjoy the heated pool, lawn games, the bar with TV, screened in porch with dining area.
The first floor living spaces include an open floor plan featuring living room, TV room, dining room and kitchen with separate dining area.
The second floor has five bedrooms, the master which has its own en-suite and two additional guest bedrooms with a shared bath. In the guest wing off the kitchen on the second floor there are two additional bedrooms and bathroom.
The third floor has a family area with 4 twin beds and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a mini split AC unit.
