Description
This welcoming air conditioned waterfront house and guest house is privately set with panoramic water views of Lagoon Pond, Hines Point, the draw bridge, Vineyard Sound and Cape Cod. The main house has a generous open layout with substantial living room, dining, and sitting areas that allow for togetherness and/or privacy. The kitchen is huge, while the two screened porches are great for watching the boating and wildlife activity as well as the incredible sunsets. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling water views that will keep you in bed or tempt you to have breakfast in bed. There is a second lovely bedroom with water views and full bath on this level.
The lower level has a bright open third bedroom with a queen and two twins as well as a sitting area with tv and full bath.
The guest house is precious with equally stunning views of the Lagoon and Sound and its own screened porch. The adult bedroom has a king sized bed and is very large while the other bedroom is perfect for two kids or one adult given the “toe to toe” bed configuration (two twins).
The property is just under two acres which is unique for this neighborhood and has private steps to its private beach. Great for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming and the sunsets are INCREDIBLE. The property abuts 14 acres of conservation land with walking trails.
2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED. Cleaning fee is charged per week.
