Description
Newly renovated 1930s' Farmhouse with a heated 12x26-foot saltwater pool. Located within walking distance to downtown Edgartown and on the bike route to Katama. The well appointed home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first floor welcomes you with an open floor plan. The master bedroom and shared hall bath are located on the first floor and there are two additional bedrooms on the second floor along with a shared bath.
Amish Barn completes the back yard. The Barn has gaming areas on the first floor, with ping pong, a poker table, and a 65" TV, plus a second floor open loft, with additional seating and hang out space. There is a large assortment of outdoor games, including Croquet and Bocce.
Mini AC/Heating units in the living room and each bedroom.
POOL HEATED TO 81 IN JULY & AUGUST INCLUDED IN RENTAL RATE. ADDITIONAL $250 PER WEEK IN OFF SEASON.
