Description
Great three bedroom two and half bath home located on one acre. It is located on a dead end street with easy access to town and South Beach. The house has a beautiful three season room with a TV and looks out to the big backyard. The first floor has a mini split ac unit to cool the living room, dining room and kitchen on those hot summer days. Each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit.
Pets considered please inquire. Pet fee $100, per pet.
House does not provide any soap, detergent, paper towels, paper napkins, tissues, toilet paper.
TENANTS supplies sheets and towels.
