Description
Tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in Katama away from the hustle and bustle of town is this magnificent home. An easy mile and half bike ride to town or two miles to South Beach.
Upon entering the home you will be welcomed into a warm environment with vaulted ceilings and a see through stone fireplace. Open living, room kitchen and dining area. There is ample seating area in the great room that flows out through the French doors to the pool. Also, located on the first floor there is a half bathroom.
Prepare dinner for the family in the professional chef’s kitchen fully equipped with a 5 burner stove, two dishwashers and plenty of prep space on the island.
Enjoy a relaxing evening or dining out on the screened porch with stone fireplace, Camaru wood ceilings. The yard is professional landscaped with stone patios surrounding the 38 by 18 foot heated gunite pool and a 6 person hot tub. The pool is outfitted with a swim jet system too.
There are five spacious bedrooms. The first master suite is located on the first floor with en-suite bathroom with a double roman walk in shower and separate oversized soaking tub. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor, two have en-suite baths and the third has a hall bathroom. On the second floor there is an additional open family room/media area with TV and also a laundry area.
The finished lower level features lots of light and high ceilings. The space includes the fifth bedroom with king bed a pool table, ping pong, a wet bar, exercise equipment and a half bath and second laundry room.
This home will not disappoint it has all the features you need for a relaxing like the "Dustin Hoffman Glider" and hammock in the backyard.
