Description
This is a lovely home set on a quiet street a short walk to town, restaurants, galleries etc.
The first floor has a formal living room with TV and kitchen with wonderful center island for gathering. There is also a nice size dining area in the kitchen. The primary bedroom is also on the first floor with shared private bath (access from bedroom and living room).
The second floor has three additional bedrooms and shared bath. There is also a family room with TV for additional lounging. The backyard has a heated saltwater pool that is16 x 32 and 4ft. to 8ft deep with lots of poolside lounge chairs. There is a beautiful pool cabana with living room with TV, half bath and service kitchen with mini fridge & ice maker. You can also dine alfresco on the patio off the kitchen and sit by the firepit which is on a patio off the living room.
Pool Cabana also serves as a private home office. It is a quiet and comfortable meeting space equipped with a desk, Hermann Miller chair, sofa, Ethernet cable, 42” Smart TV, coffee/ bar area, ice maker, refrigerator and a 1/2 bath.
