Description
This beautiful home has every attention to detail covered. The interior has a nice open feeling with the kitchen, dining area and living room all open to each other. There are large windows looking out over the deck to views of Eel Pond. The first floor has one bedroom with private bath and den with a luxury queen sofa bed for additional sleeping.
The second floor has a master bedroom with wonderful views and beautiful private bath. There is a 2nd bedroom with private bath on the second floor.
The air conditioned guest house has two bedrooms each with a king size bed and a beautiful modern bathroom double concrete sink, walk in rain shower & Moroccan floor tile. One of the King bedrooms has a bay window, walk in closet and TV. The other King bedroom also has a walk in closet. There is a mudroom as you walk in and also a washer and dryer.
The outside of this home has a wrap around deck in the back which over looks the professionally landscaped lawn and out towards Eel Pond. At the back of the home there will be a beautiful blue stone patio and outdoor shower. There is another outdoor living space which will be the place to hang out after a day at the beach!
You can walk to town and Fuller Street Beach from this location.
Note: No cable but all TV's have a ROKU and will have Netflix, Prime, Hulu and Peacock.
