Description
Beautiful main house and guest located a short walk to a private association beach on Lagoon Pond. The main house has three bedrooms and the guest house has two bedrooms.
The main house has nice open feeling with with cathedral ceilings in the living and dining room that opens to a lovely patio. There is an additional sitting room on the main level. The gourmet kitchen has a wonderful granite center island with a couple of bar stools and stainless steel appliances. The is a large pantry with farmers sink, wine fridge and extra counter space for prepping your meals. There is also a wonderful sunroom off the kitchen that opens to the outside patio.
The first floor offers a large master bedroom with private bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The guest house was completely remodeled in 2017 with new hardwood floors, furniture and kitchen cabinets & appliances. There is also a nice deck at the guest house.
There is a great outdoor space to enjoy meals and just relax after a day at the beach!
