Description
This delightful Victorian Farm House and guest house is located in the heart of downtown Edgartown. The home is an easy walk to town to the shops, restaurants and galleries.
The first floor features a new updated kitchen, formal living room, dining room and family room with a beach stone fireplace. French doors lead to the patio and yard. The first floor also has one bedroom and bathroom.
Upstairs there is a master suite with fireplace and vaulted ceilings. There are two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Mini split AC units in the family room and master bedroom. Window units in all other bedrooms and guest house.
In the backyard there is a small two bedroom guest house. One bedroom on the first floor, and one bathroom and a second bedroom in a deep loft on the second floor.
Mini splits in every bedroom and in the family room. The downstairs bedroom in the main house has a window a/c.
