Stunning 360' views of Nantucket & Nantucket Sound, Cape Poge Bay, Edgartown Harbor and distant Cape Cod. Central air, Outdoor shower. Guest cottage has 2 bedrooms (queen and 4 bunk beds); kitchen, living area, expansive deck areas with spectacular water views. Bathroom/shower and an additional outdoor shower. Both houses comfortably accommodate a total of 14 people. 1750 feet of water frontage. Deep water mooring and out-haul just off the private sandy beach. 8 Kayaks & 2 sunfish, as well as a dinghy and a day sailor are available for use. Swimming/sunbathing platform on mooring just off the beach. Mosquito/tick free property due to green/eco friendly Cedar Oil spray used monthly or as needed. Paradise found!!!

Tenants need to travel over sand (beach) to get to the home. 4 Wheel drive or All wheel drive SUV recommended.

- Ping pong table located in oversized basement along with a separate workout area. Swimming platform at mooring for additional sunbathing and fun.
