Description
Wonderful Vineyard cottage located on third green and fourth tee on the Mink Meadows. The house offers and open floor plan and has two bedrooms with one on the first floor and one on the second floor (accessed by a spiral staircase). The is a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. Five minute walk to Mink Meadows public golf course. It is a great home for smaller group or family. The cottage uses the public beach which is actually the same beach as the private beach and closer. It's a 10 min. walk. This home can be rented with the Main house next door (property 1710)
