Description
Come and enjoy this Vineyard cottage in the Sunset Lake area of Oak Bluffs. The first floor has a nice kitchen and dining space. There are also two living spaces as well with TV's. There is a full bath with a tub only on the first floor. The four bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor. There is a primary suite with a private bath and a shared a bath in the hallway. Rock away on the large front porch or relax by the firepit out in the yard. You can walk to town and the library.
TENANT supplies sheets and towels.
OWNER will provide kitchen towels & beach towels.
TV's in all bedrooms/2 Downstairs
There are two mini splits downstairs—one in living room and one in open area in back of house (family room and kitchen). The upstairs bedrooms have window air conditioning units.
