Description
It is located atop Sampson’s Hill being the highest elevation in Edgartown. The house is an upside down house consisting of three levels with the top level being the shared living quarters consisting of the living room, dining area, and kitchen giving way to a spectacular panoramic view of Nantucket Island where you can walk out onto the deck that runs the length of the house. There is a jacuzzi situated off the three season porch located on the second floor. A new feature is the new SONOS wireless HI FI system wirelessly staged throughout the interior and exterior of the home. This feature allows you to listen to your music library and files from compatible devices such as your I-Phone, I-Pad, I-Pod Touch, and even Android phones.
