Set in the heart of Katama and close to the popular South Beach is this wonderful four bedroom, three and a half bath home. The home has a bright open living room and dining room that flows to the screened in porch which is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a shared full bath as well has a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with their own private bath. The back yard has an enclosed outdoor shower and lots of space for the family to play games. This is a wonderful location for beach lovers. Please note this is a non-smoking pet free home.
