- The first floor study can be furnished as a fifth bedroom with two additional occupants. A minimum notice of two weeks is required.
- Two Laundry Areas
- A $200.00 per week allowance towards the consumption of propane is included in the rental fee. The landlord sets the pool temp at 80' and has never exceed the $200.00 allowance. Any overage will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Interim cleaning required on multiple weeks to be billed at $35/hour.
