Description
Waterfront on Lake Tashmoo - Enjoy the serene, natural setting. Stunning 180-degree waterviews and sunsets from every room. Peaceful and tranquil, the house at "Kuffie's Cove" borders a 50-acre nature preserve - Vineyard wildlife abounds, walk or bike the nature trails, swim (lake or ocean), fish, paddle out right from your doorstep, great shell-seeking.
Or take a dip in the peaceful cove off Lake Tashmoo (which directly fronts the property). Enjoy the outdoor shower, then relax on the sundeck or screened porch. The children will have fun swimming or paddling in front of the house and digging for clams. Only 10 minutes to town with fine restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A bright kitchen with skylights has views out to the sea and overlooks the dining room. Dine with waterviews in the evenings or grill on the deck and dine by the water. There is a large screened porch with comfortable wicker seating. In the summertime, a separate "Children's Wing" (located off the screened porch) expands the living space. The "Children's Wing" includes two sets of bunk beds and a double bed in the loft bedroom. Hear the call of the osprey by day, enjoy magnificent magenta sunsets at dusk.
