Bring your sea kayak, windsurfer and fishing pole and use them in the back yard. An additional fresh water pond with a sandy beach for toddlers and tennis courts come with the rental. Bike trails abut the association, leading to the state forest, Edgartown, and Oak Bluffs. Golf is one mile away.
